I have functioned in the Energy sector, Airlines/Aviation, Central Banking, Security and Finance. I have a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development and Transformation and prior to that was a Certified OD Consultant holding positions in start-ups, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions. It was while in Corporate preparing Professionals for Leadership roles as they climb the corporate ladder that I saw the importance of Corporate/Global Protocol ( soft skills) as a business imperative and an essential component of Leadership. So I certified as a Protocol Consultant and added it to my toolkit and offered it in-house wherever I consulted.

So when I made the leap from Corporate to Consulting, I was an OD and Protocol Consultant.

When not writing she enjoys movies, reading, and spending time with family.
