In a heartbeat most will say high paying salaries, while others will say great benefits, great culture, remote work and more.

Are organizations prepared for the workforce of the future? Research on Success Strategies of Leaders with Nova Southeastern University delved deeply into this question. To date, the most common top priority remains salary. Employers must become armed with the most in-depth information so they can be ready to attract, capture and retain top talent in the marketplace. Accordingly, it was great to collaborate with representatives of salary.com to meet with HR leaders in the industry through the Hospitality Association in Florida, HHRABC.org where I serve on the board as VP. Interest sparked post-pandemic, leaders are now ready to step in and hire the best.
