
A group of college students and my Baby daughter sat together moping about the stresses and strains of college life, grades and more. I asked them to share some of the stressors and they spoke about the top 5. From that I prepared a list of what to do when those stressors come. Shared here are succint points for the baby steps to achieve big Goals in college or in life.

2.Parent | Financial Aid | Part-time Job (if time permits)
3.Show up | Learn |Grow
4.Focus | Plan week on Sundays | Check progress at nights or mornings
5.Pray. Be selfish (focus). Work Alone. Enjoy your own company.
Keep 1 or 2 friends with similar Goals
TAKE CARE OF SELF 👀👩🏽✈️
Eat Right and on Time | Take vitamins
Exercise (walk, gym)
Be Inspired (movies, music, read)
